2. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed via our website, catalogue, or direct communication channels.

Payment options include bank transfer, UPI, or other specified methods.

All prices are exclusive of applicable GST and delivery charges, unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery & Risk of Loss

Products are dispatched once the order is confirmed and payment is received.

Delivery timelines vary depending on location; any delays will be communicated.

Risk transfers to the buyer upon successful delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.

Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt with photographic proof.

Refunds/replacements will be processed after validation.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be handled by Andhra Pradesh courts, after attempting mediation.
